The South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) is encouraging our partners, stakeholders and the public to provide comments on the 2022 Sea Level Rise and Flood Resiliency Plan.

The draft plan outlines SFWMD's approach to addressing the impacts of a changing climate, including rising sea levels, extreme weather events and changing rainfall and flood patterns, to South Florida's water management system.

The extended deadline to submit comments is Friday, July 22, 2022. Email resiliency@sfwmd.gov to submit comments.

SFWMD reviewed our approach during the June 14, 2022 Sea Level Rise and Flood Resiliency Workshop and included the latest updates to the plan. Visit SFWMD.gov/Resiliency to watch the workshop and view meeting materials.
