GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED:  
The Governing Board of the South Florida Water Management District will discuss and consider District business, including regulatory and non-regulatory matters.

The Governing Board may take official action at the meeting on any item appearing on the agenda and on any item that is added to the agenda as a result of a change to the agenda approved by the presiding officer of the meeting pursuant to Section 120.525, Florida Statutes. 

The agenda containing information on this meeting will be posted to the District’s website SFWMD.gov/meetings, seven days prior to the meeting.

This public meeting will present information for the 5-year update to the Upper East Coast Water Supply Plan (UEC Plan Update). The most recent UEC Plan Update was approved in 2021. The UEC Planning Area includes all of Martin and St. Lucie counties, and the northeastern portion of Okeechobee County.

The South Florida Resiliency Coordination Forum​ is a fact-finding forum to promote regional coordination and collaboration between the South Florida Water Management District and local, state, federal, and tribal partners on water management initiatives related to resiliency. The forum hosts proactive discussions to engage project partners, leverage technical knowledge, exchange information, and foster a constructive environment to discuss tangible asset-level solutions and support decision-making.
