GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: 
The South Florida Water Management District (District) received an unsolicited proposal submitted by Phillips and Jordan, Inc. for a public-private partnership to build an 8,600-acre water storage project in Palm Beach County, Florida. In accordance with Section 255.065(3)(c) of the Florida Statutes, the District will hold its first duly noticed public meeting at which the proposal is presented by Phillips and Jordan, Inc., and the public is able to provide comment. This meeting is in-person only, and there is no virtual public comment option at this meeting.

Submitted unsolicited proposals can be found at SFWMD.gov/Procurement. 

Members of the South Florida Water Management District Governing Board may attend this meeting. There is no cost for the public to attend, and free parking is available. No Governing Board action will be taken.

The agenda containing information on this meeting will be posted to the District’s website SFWMD.gov/meetings, seven days prior to the meeting.
