GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED:
The South Florida Water Management District (District) has received an unsolicited proposal submitted by Sustainable Water Infrastructure Group, LLC, for a Public-Private Partnership to construct and monitor a small-scale nutrient-reduction demonstration project on private property in Glades County.
In accordance with Section 255.065(3)(c) of the Florida Statutes, the District will hold its first duly noticed public meeting at which the proposal is presented by Sustainable Water Infrastructure Group, LLC.
Submitted unsolicited proposals can be found at SFWMD.gov/Procurement. Questions about the unsolicited proposal may be directed to Jose Esquivel, Section Leader - Contracts, South Florida Water Management District, at jesquive@sfwmd.gov.
One or more members of the Governing Board of the South Florida Water Management District may attend this meeting. No Governing Board action will be taken.
The agenda containing information on this meeting will be posted to the District’s website SFWMD.gov/meetings, seven days prior to the meeting.
