GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE DISCUSSED:
The District will be hosting a technical workshop with an independent scientific Peer Review Panel for the District’s efforts related to Aquifer Storage and Recovery (ASR). The workshop will include summaries of previous ASR projects, studies, and reviews conducted as components of the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan (CERP). Additionally, there will be discussion of upcoming ASR work planned and the integration of scientific investigations as part of the Lake Okeechobee Watershed Restoration Project.
All of this meeting will be conducted via media technology.
Members of the public and stakeholders are invited to participate and provide public comment. The/ public is advised that it is possible that one or more members of the Governing Board of the South Florida Water Management District may attend these meetings. No Governing Board action will be taken.
