Should the District deny your public records request, or any part of the request, the District will state in writing the basis for the denial, including the exact statutory citation authorizing denial, as required by Chapter 119, Florida Statutes. Please include your contact information in the Public Records Request Form so that we may contact you with any questions and/or notify you when your records are ready.
