Special Use License Online Request Form
Welcome to the Special Use License Online Request form. A Special Use License request only takes a few minutes to process. After you have filled out all of the required information the Special Use License will be displayed for you to print and or save. Please make sure you print or save the license before you leave the site. In addition, an email will be sent to you with a link to click, display & print. This permit must be in your possession at all times during your visit.

If you are unable to keep this reservation, need to make a correction or a change to your permit, please call 800-432-2045 x3333 or 561-924-5310 x3333 or email kwillis@sfwmd.gov. The number of sites and reservations are limited and your cancellation will allow others an opportunity.
For Special Events or fundraisers the District has requirements that need to met in order for groups to hold any type of an organized event. If you are holding a fundraiser at a District site certain insurance and specific wording on your event documents are required. If you are holding a special event please contact the Land Manager in the area where you propose to use District lands or call Kim Willis at 561.924.5310 Ext. 3333 to see if this can be granted. Land Managers may be found in the Program Management section of the Natural Resources Management Activities on the District web site.
Please note that reservations do not entitle you to exclusive use of a site. If your group desires this due to the size of your group please call Kim Willis at 561.924.5310 Ext. 3333.
NOTE FOR HUNTERS: No one who is hunting in the Kissimmee River Public Use Area is allowed to camp anywhere at the KICCO Wildlife Managenment Area (WMA). Public Use Area hunters in Pool A may camp at the Blanket Bay Marsh campground.
KICCO: Camping is allowed without a Special Use License at the Packingham Campground (formerly referred to as the the Hunter's Campsite) during established hunting periods. (Note that you will have to park and walk 100 yards to the Packingham campsite.) Hunters requesting to camp at the Town of KICCO campsite during the blocked out hunt dates should contact Kim Willis at 1800-432-2045 ext. 3333 or 561-924-5310 ext. 3333.

Hunting atthe HICKORY HAMMOCK WMA is taking place on the following dates: Muzzleloading Gun 10/22/11-10/24/11 & 10/26/11-10/28/11, General Gun 11/5/11-11/7/11, Small Game 11/14/11-11/27/11 & 1/23/12-3/4/12, General Gun Mobility-Impaired 12/3/11-12/4/11, Spring Turkey 3/22/12-3/24/12 & 4/12/12-4/14/12. Hickory Hammock WMA is open to public access year round.
Hunting at the KICCO WMA is taking place on the following dates (Saturdays and Sundays only): Muzzleloading Gun 10/22/11-10/23/11, 10/29/11-10/30/11, Wild Hog-Still 11/12/11-12/13/11, 11/19/11-11/20/11, 11/26/11-11/27/11, 12/3/11-12/4/11, 12/3/11-12/4/11, 12/10/11-12/11/11, Spring Turkey 3/17/12-3/18/12, 3/24/12-3/25/12, 3/31/12-4/1/12,4/7/12-4/8/12,4/14/12-4/15/12, Small Game season at KICCO WMA opens 12/17/11 and runs through 1/22/12. KICCO WMA is open to public access year round.
