How Florida has Improved Water Quality in the Everglades
Dramatic improvement in the Everglades shows how Florida's plan to reduce levels of environmentally damaging nutrient phosphorus and restore water quality is working. The latest water quality data show that after 20 years of water quality restoration efforts, 90 percent of the Everglades is at 10 parts per billion or less of total phosphorus.
