The Orlando Service Center of the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) is a full-service office that provides the services of the District to Central Florida residents, and is located at:

		Effective April 18, most areas of the District will be allowed to water two-days-a-week if needed. Improved conditions prompted the modified mandatory water use restrictions. more >

Tom Genovese is the Director of the Service Center. He has extensive private as well as public sector permitting experience. Tom is committed to providing a high level of customer service to the Central Florida community and to building strong working relationships with local governments as we address important water resource issues.

Directions from Orlando: Take I-4 to U.S. Highway 441 -- also known as South Orange Blossom Trail (SOBT). Continue south on SOBT until Orlando Central Parkway. Turn right (west), to 1707 Orlando Central Parkway.

Directions from South Florida: Take the turnpike north to exit 254. Take U.S. Highway 441, also known as South Orange Blossom Trail (SOBT) north approximately 2.2 miles. Turn left (west) on Orlando Central Parkway to 1707 Orlando Central Parkway.

The Orlando Service Center is located in the 5-story building on the north side of the street. We are on the second floor.
