The Florida Keys Service Center was established in 1993. A variety of educational outreach efforts and special events are an integral part of SFWMD's comittment to reach all of the communities and the people of south and central Florida.
We also work with local governments to provide funding and technical assistance for a variety of environmental projects.
Our staff can help you with your local permitting, share information about projects to restore/clean up Florida Bay, or talk with you about our planning efforts for water supply in the Keys and the Lower East Coast.
